SH4 Button Mod

Is there a mod to highlight the action buttons in TMO/RFB to show clearly if the action is on or off?:06:

I have used, and use the Green Lamp HUD and many homemade variations of it on every variation of SH4 that I have for this very reason.... I'm with you, those yellow lights are hard to 'see'.

I think someone made a nice GUI to avoid hand editing the files but I don't remember the name of the tool. Maybe someone will know.
