Hello gentlemen.SUBSIM site wont let me download we dive at dawn SH4 MOD.I tried many times an has been a few days since i downloaded anything.I tried many times.:-? Please can anyone help? thanks

Well the comments are saying that you have to be a Subsim subscriber to download that mod.

Make posts in the forums i.e. be active.

Donate money to Subsim to help pay for the costs of hosting this monster. Just imagine the bandwidth that is used, especially on some of the huge mega mods.

while almost all mods here are available for free, there are a select few modders who graciously offered to create one or two popular mods for subsim to offer as a reward for "contributing" members and these mods are not found anywhere else.

its a way to help generate contributions to the website to help it operate. these contributions also greatly reduce and/or completely remove the daily download limitations put on non contributing members.

in some cases modders agreed to create preassembled or "bundled" collection of their mods into an all-in-one mod for that mod download section but you can still get the same resulted mod changes to your game by downloading a bunch of small mods for jsgme to install.

it costs a lot of $$$ to run this site so donations are the only thing that keeps it running and just asking for donations does not always bring in the needed revenues so there is the "special" download section where mods that are there are only available there and no where else so it can help generate income to pay the bills to keep this site going.

its not always understood what is going on with this "restricted download" section, but mods volunteer to put up mods as a reward to only be available to those members who contribute to the site to entice people to become contributors to the site. its not like anyone is doing it to make money off of their mods, its just a way to help pay the bills to keep this site running.

Thanks but i have the mod WDAD.,but after i activate it through JSGME i start the game and then the mission,but the T sub does not have a conning tower at all where the periscope is,etc,.does anyone know where to download a T sub ? I wanted to download afresh WDAD so i can replace the one i have to fix the T sub problem.

the problem may just be that you unzipped it with something other then 7zip, using other zip utilities (WinRAR, winzip, and others) can "sometimes" but not always, cause corruption of the files when they are decompressed. to avoid problems, you should ONLY use 7zip to unzip mods
