Reducing slow speed.

I have raised the speed of all my submarines to 50knots max. Problem is the slowest speed is now 20 knots. There is a file I can change to proportionally reduce the speeds to a percentage of max speed. I've done it before but I can't find the folder I need. Any help greatly appreciated. I found the folder it's a cfg file in the submarine folder but for some reason it won't allow me to save my edits.

Open in notepad, scroll to bottom;

BackSlow=-0.26
BackStandard=-0.40
BackFull=-0.53
BackEmergency=-0.66

For 50 knots, 0.4% would be 20 knots, change AheadSlow to 0.1 and it would be 5 knots. Adjust the others according to taste.

since its a text file, just open it with windows notepad then edit and save and it sticks.

Also make sure the file isn't Read Only in the right click->properties window.
