Hello I just got back into playing Dangerous Waters. Now for some reason everytime I try to launch TASM it fails after leaving the sub. I know you have to be within a certain depth range but don't remember what it was. I've tried firing my TASM from periscope depth and also at around 100ft I also fired one while surfaced, but they all failed after launch. Any ideas since I used to be able to launch them just fine?

Thanks

The proper depth is 150 feet or shallower, I believe. Is your speed below 5 knots (not sure what the actual speed limit is)? Do you have a target for the missiles-I think that one goes without saying, I don't think you can launch them without targeting information.

Thanks all the suden its working l. I know I was doing everything right the first time I was at the proper depth and speed but it wasn't working for some reason.

I read on USNI news that the US Navy is looking into TASMs again - now that the Harpoon has been phased out...

I guess what is old is new again! :ping:
