Hello everyone! I just built a new gaming PC and I'm ready to get back to sea. I have loaded WOS mod pack and the WOS 1.05 update like TheNorseCast shows in his video with no issues but I have several questions:
1) How do I get the Das Boot characters on to this mod. When i first started the default SH5 characters are being used but I was watching TheNorseCast video I saw he has the Das Boot character icons. I saw that there is a Das boot character mod but when I installed the mod it did not work.
2) Is there a guide on map navigation because I am trying to go with 100% realism.
3) Also when I set realism and all the boxes are checked I only get 65% realism which seems to be the highest and not 100%. Im not sure why.
4) I also would like any recommendations on any other mods I should install to the mod pack. So far here is my list of mods:
-The wolves of steel 1.05
-The WOS 1.05 Update No.3
-The WOS 1.05 Real navigation
-The WOS 1.05 Wind and smoke
-DeckKanninMatrix
-Wasserbomben_SoundFix_1.2_E50
Any help would be great cause I am ready to hit the open ocean and sink some ships!

Hello Black Flame, welcome aboard! You are only getting 65% realism cos you are using the Wind & Smoke mod. This makes the sim easier therefore you cannot achieve 100% realism with that enabled. On YouTube, there is an excellent set of tutorials for real nav by stoianm which you will find are very helpful when you first start out. As far as the Das Boot icons, they have been removed and are now an optional mod.

Hi BLACK FLAME
Also when I set realism and all the boxes are checked I only get 65% realism which seems to be the highest and not 100%. Im not sure why With TWOS real navigation means exactly that, no help your on your own.
To get 100% you need to set your new campaign realism setting to realistic.
You cannot use The WOS 1.05 Wind and smoke with The WOS 1.05 Real navigation.
How do I get the Das Boot characters on to this mod.http://www.mediafire.com/download/artutmb6l6ulr2o/NewUIs_TDC_7_5_0_TheDarkWraith_Test_Version_18.7z
Unzip the file
Open the first folder.
Open the mods folder
NewUIs_7_5_0_Das_Boot_Crew_Mod_by_Illustrator
Found in Folder 4
Highlight it
Use the copy tab
Copy and paste it to your mods folder.
Enable in JSGME.
Is there a guide on map navigation because I am trying to go with 100% realism. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pvv1gIx-R10&feature=youtu.be&noredirect=1
If you decide to use this mod >The WOS 1.05 Wind and smoke make sure it is always positioned last in JSGME.
I also would like any recommendations on any other mods I should install to the mod pack. So far here is my list of mods:

You cannot use The WOS 1.05 Wind and smoke with The WOS 1.05 Real navigation.
Where did you read this?:hmm2:
You can use it but you will suffer certain gameplay percentage penalties..

Hi Vecko
When the real navigation mod and Wind and Smoke mod are both enabled IIRC Wind and Smoke does not work in the same way as it does when the real navigation mod is disabled.
Did you not find that?
I seem to remember the targets draft diagram is missing?:hmmm:
It does not make sense to have these 2 mods enabled as real navigation should be what it is meant to be.
Once again, I think I could have used better phrasing in my original post to get my point over.:/\\!!

Hi Vecko
There is a reason why I removed real navigation with Wind and Smoke.
I will see if I can find out and report back in due course.:salute:
