I play at 100% GWX and playing a career navigating outside of the game mapI have run into bed. whether . Is there a way to go to the surface and not have the crew topside

Uhm I think just GO to crew managment and put guys ho are at Conning tower top and just move them somewhere

was in regards to the waves that, cover the u boat. In being the captain of the U-boat, I would not put my men, topside in such bad weather. So my question in playing the game at 100% is can I somehow override the games function of automatically placing men on the bridge, when I see no purpose in putting them into harms way unnecessarily. if I need to see around the sub in such bad weather. I would use the periscope.

As far as I know it's just the way SH3 is. Waves in really bad weather will wash completely over the U-Boat. No crew will be swept overboard nor will they be drowned. Looks bad and isn't real but I don't think there's a mod to completely fix it. Some have tried but it will still happen. The same for SH5 too. It is what it is. ;)

I'm surprised there isn't a mod that puts life jackets on the conning tower crew.
