How to use aob disc

Hello can someone please explain how to use aob disc i am using mag ui mod uhm with pictures and pointers would be nice like what can you calculate with it

i mainly use it to calculate AOB or to figure out which heading i should be on for a 90 degree shot when i'm feeling too dopey to work it out in my head

Its a disc when in periscope that thing please help 0 it like grey color with numbers not attack disc
