Is there some sort of resource of information on hand editing the menu_1024_768.ini file or just GUI editing in general?

I've looked around and i can't find any.

Ok that information was INVALUABLE, thanks. I got some dials on the screen and am able to interact with them.

1 Question:
Is it possible to have a dial be controlled by two seperate things independantly?
