Scale right side of nav map magui

Hello all.
I have GWX with Magui. On the nav map to the right side is a scale something 15 on the left and 50 on the right with .5 km and 2.5 km on the bottom and minutes and knots.
What is this used for? If it's in the readme can someone point me to which mod it is?

It's a tool for estimating target's course and speed when you can get two or more range and bearing estimations with visual or radar estimation. It's only needed for those people who use 100 % manual targeting - and even the sign of the u-boat edited out of the Navigation map.

Have a look at Hitman's Plotter Tutorial.Pdf and note for hitman's plotting tool.txt. You can find them from the documents folder of at least MaGui F. They explain how to use it.
