No contact colors etc.

I am using WoS right now, but would like to have these added:

NewUIs_TDC_3_9_3_No_Contact_Colors
NewUIs_TDC_3_9_3_No_Contact_Tails
NewUIs_TDC_3_9_3_Sub_Warship_Merchant_Same_Shape

I can't find them anywhere for download though - could anyone point me at the right direction?
