Tell me what you think?
Not buying, they would not give a submarine for free in the business!

I'd have no hesitation but my days of keeping up with the decorating are long gone.
That's the base that the Russians brought, isn't it?

I imagine it would cost more than a small fortune just to maintain a proper atmosphere to keep moisture and mold at bay in those caves. Then theres the reason why it was abandoned in the first place which might cause a few problems for the new owner too. Jormungandr lives there! :o.
There are places in London that would charge you that in rent. :o
Is it close to transportation and good schools?...

With a considerable investment it could be turned into a cold war history B&B
Or a Russian spy base:

Hey, why wasn't my sub base designed to withstand a nuclear attack? :hmm2: I feel WAY under appreciated now. Just stick us on WW2 era barges in the middle of a loch they did. Darned Rummy, I blame him!
It'd make a great lair for a supervillan!

Excuse me for not clicking on your generously supplied link Oberon.
The base sold for only $3.5 million yet cost over $350 million to build?
Such a deal, but the Russians only leased it ... they don't own it.
