h.sie patch not finding sh3.exe

Ok, i downloaded and successfully ran NYGM: TW.

I did all the JSGME work for it, and now i used S3F to upload the h.sie patch. I run S3F no problem, it installs to my jsgme no problem, i load this into the game, and when i run sh3C it tells me that it cant find sh3 installed. it gives me a screen to search for it, and it will not read it. i looking into the oot folder, and the sh3.exe is not there any more.

i unintsall teh h.sie mod, and the sh3.exe comes back. obviously h.sie is doing something to this file.

i make a copy of the .exe run the mod, and place the .exe into the root folder, and it tells me it is not a valid .exe.

I have been having problems with windows 8. it will not allow me in any way to move the folder from program files (x86) to another file of my choice. what i have been doing, is allowing the install into (x86) and then moving it into the file i want. this does help in the way of changing files at my leisure, and cuts the CTDs greatly.

Cna someone help me with the h.sie realism patch with this information?

sorry for not replying sooner, but yes it is gone as you said!
But to clarify, i did ingnore the threat when the warning from AVG appeared. Is there more to this? Thank you so much for your patience with, i am not computer literate.
