The Navigator said unable to caculate current position due to submerging when the boat surfaced....what happened?

i am using sober mega mod,and in real navigation....

Were you in rough seas? If so, when the bow of the boat goes under a large wave, the game engine sees this as submerging and the navigator reacts accordingly.

Also make sure that your crew are not at Battle Stations. The Navigator will only calculate your position by Dead Reckoning in this condition.
