Increase number of promotion points per objective?

Is it possible to increase the number of promotion points you get from each completed objective? I've made a mission with the editor with multiple objectives, but can only get 1 promotion point per objective to upgrade my crew's abilities with. I haven't found any way to edit this, does anyone know how?
