Need help from animation experts

I have a question for the animation experts. I would like to disable the raising of the binoculars of the watch crew when under attack. Is there a simple solution to disable this behavior for the watch crew when under attack?

The easiest and most natural way is to change the logic of Watch-Team behavior in such situation... This logic there is in the files UZO.dat, UZOR.dat, POSW.dat and POSWR.dat.
You have to use animation without raising of binocular in this case. The animations threr are in the files UO.anm, UOR.anm, PosW.anm and POS_WR.anm.
To view animations, you must make the assembly for every model, based on the files Body01.dat and Body2.dat.
