What Mod is it that gives the crew realistic looking clothing instead of the same blue uniforms everyone has?

I tried to take a good look but I had no luck. I don't know really if there is a clothing mod for SH3 but I really don't care about those uniforms because I don't even see a quarter half of the men on my uboat.

You might try Carotio_SH3_ClothesHatsFacesSkilledCrew. Works with stock or any megamod (AFAIK!). Get it here:

Perfect!! Thank you! I googled it and searched and for some reason I couldn't find anything, it kept taking me to SH5 mods which I did not need.
