DW Steam Play Problem

I can not Run DW.When try to Runing DW from Steam and <push> Play Button in Games Menu then receive a Windows message that the <program stop to work>.
Any idea?

Please state all the proper details about your system/OS/hardware.

If you have Windows 8(.1) then it is known that DW crashes in it when starting the game. Someone made a promising fix a few weeks ago (in some Windows 8 related thread), but afaik it is still in a beta phase. ymmv.

Yes it is Windows 8.1.
So I have not any luck to Run the Game.
