Afternoon all,
Is it possible to give an input to move the hydrophone wheel left/right, whether keyboard keys or mouse wheel - rather than clicking and dragging as you have to now.
If so, how would I map this? Thanks in advance

That would be great :arrgh!:
I would still need the option of clicking the hydrophone as well, though.

Thanks BLI!TZKRIEG, it's something I've been meaning to do for while...
In the Commands cfg file we have the following:
(Rotate is obviously the one I want, but what is toggle hydrophone? There is also hydrophone activate and deactivate commands as well, not sure what these actually do...)
[Cmd47]
Name=Toggle_hydrophone
Ctxt=1
[Cmd48]
Name=Rotate_hydrophone
Ctxt=1
So under the Command entries which actually have a keyboard input, we also see the following.
Key0=0xBE,,">"
What is the significance of the ,, at the end, is that to separate multiple keys, so for example if you wanted Shift and A?)
[/B]
Edit: Ah you might be onto something there Sublynx - maybe that's what toggle or activate/deactivate does. But you should still be able to click onto it

Okay, getting somewhere.
The Hydrophone Toggle will work with one key. Press it and it sets the hydrophone rotating slowly in a clockwise direction. It does however seem to rapidly speed up through 150 to 220 and through roughly 350 to 0 or 005. Very odd. Although you can press the set key again to stop the rotation.
Setting the mouse wheel to Hydrophone Rotate allows you to go left and right, but only 1 degree either side of 0. Very odd. If the needle starts elsewhere it will reset to zero and then only the above movement is possible.
Also very odd. If anyone more knowledgeable can think of a fix it would be hugely appreciated.
