Need help getting OM/OMEGU running

New trying OM but I get "missing file" errors about 3/4s into the loading of the OM/OMEGU modded SHIV.
This my mod list;
OpsMonsun_V705=1
OMv705_to_V720=2
OMv720_Patch5=3
OMEGU_v300=4
OMEGU_v300_Patch7=5
OMEGU_English=6
OM_MultiCmd_Keys=7
OM_Med_Env=8

These are files missing errors;
torp_parts.tga
blank.tga
torp_parts2.tga
AP_Filter.tga
AP_Night_Filter.tga
These files are suppossed to be in the Menu/Karamazov folder, but in the DL I just did for OMEGU v300 and the OMEGU 300 Patch 7 these files are not there.

So I'm looking for some help in resolving these load errors, and'or locating these files, which are referenced in menu_1024_768.ini!

Resolved, I had an incomplete DL of Omegu v 300. after DL'ng again the problem is resolved. Now off to try ATO!

Thanks Steevo, I discovered i had an incomplete DL of OMEGU v300. But, I'll try some your MODs.
