Sober: Want to use your mod but confused

Hey Sober. I want to use your mod but just a little confused on what needs to be downloaded and how everything is to be set up. I have read, and re-read your instructions but still don't get it. For example, right at the start, you talk about downloading and setting up your exe AND steel viking's mod exe. Both? Or one? Sorry to be thick, but grateful a bit of a steer.
