I have no idea what a balanced mod list should look like

Ya, so I'm really new to this game, and especially to loading mods like this.

Here are the mods I wish to use, in the order I *think* might work, based on other lists I've looked at:

i was using mods like that but its very confusing and unstable after loaded. now im using wolves of steel mega mod its perfect solution for me. u can try it

You see, I tired a couple mega mods...but my computer didn't run them well, and had to uninstall them.

I tested the above list, and found most everything works....except quite a few of the visual things, such as both the exterior mod skin, and the interior. The No Halo mod also appears to not be functional.

I can confirm that most of the other mods are working....even RSD!

But anyways...any suggestions for modifications I could make to the list to make my interior and exterior mods work would be greatly appreciated.
