Map tools not aligned

Just reinstalled SH5, with Steel wolves. Went through all the steps including the patch thing of TDWs. Everything is good....except none of the map tools align with the line being drawn. I have searched (using the search tool here) for anything about this, I know I saw a thread concerning this problem but I cannot find it.

The sim is finally as it should be on my system, but the reinstall seems to have issues.

Ended up disabling then reenabling the mod part by part, and somehow this remedied the problem.

I am having the same problem with my map tools not lining up with the mouse. I have tried to enable the MODs in the correct order but the problem persists. Any ideas? Thanks.

I had the same problem. I disabled the EQuaTool mod, downloaded the latest version of it and replaced it, then enabled it as the last mod in the stack (JSGME) and it fixed the problem. According to the readme, it shouldn't hurt anything by being late in the stack. You can pull it down from the OP in this thread. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=175050&page=5

Be sure to check out the readme in the download so that you know how to install the mod. You have to choose which style you want, and put that in the MODS folder.
