Depth charge shake mod

Just downloaded this mod but haven't been depth charged yet. Took the risk of installing it mid patrol. No issues.....yet. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how this works? If you are on the map screen, will it shake the screen? Or does this only work when you are looking at the control room? When submerged and evading escorts I tend to be on the map screen looking at the sound contacts so if this doesn't shake the map screen then this mod really wouldn't add anything for me.

I also read there were files for 3 different settings (light,medium,strong shaking) but the one I downloaded only had files for one of them. It was version 2.1 I think. Is this the final version that has reached the best compromise all around?

Still would be cool if anyone can answer if the map shakes or any other screen shakes for that matter (hydrophone, damage control screen, etc)

No shaking in the screenies. Only the interiors.
