Silent 3ditor problem Win7

Hey Guys.

Finally i wanted to realize a mod, i ever wanted to create. Installed everything again. But on my Win7 64 bit the prog doesnt work anymore. It crashes when beeing launched. Even in compatiblity-mode or launched as admin it wont work. Using DirectX 11.

Errorcode: CLR20r3Anyone?

A quick search on Bing says it is a Windows NetFramework problem.

yes, that might be the problem. thought it would work with dx11 and net 4.5 as well. maybe i will give it a try. dont want to install vware just to make a small mod.
