How's the Situation with Crew and Man management?

HI guys... I have been away from SH5 for years and keep wanting to come back .

So, I was wondering how the crew dynamics are now?

Has anyone been able to make them whisper when being hunted ....and only shout when necessary? for Example

After the dynamic campaign the crew was really a big thing for me in SH5.

I am working on the shouting and whispering stuff plus all the missing dialogue that can be added for better crew dialogue immersion, Voices Reloaded (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=205078).

I am working on this project whenever I can by myself. I have learned from scratch. I am at the point of writing scripts for a few months now. Lots of trial and error. I could send you the link and anyone else the shared file folders of where I am at. Otherwise, I will keep chugging along on the progress when I can.
I am trying to make it compatible with More crew commands by Athlonic and Even more crew commands by Archer9, too.
