Sonar notes

i have problem with the sonar notes doesn't show me wich type of ship it's
(warship, merchant, ) my note is blank i hear the contac the sonar guy report me but there is blank if any1 know how to fix this i will appreciate

Look for this lines in menu.txt...

826=Unknown
827=Warship
828=Merchant
829=Submarine
But, why would you want to do this, it's not realistic at all to have "automatic target classification" in WWII hydrophones, don't you think?:06:

I do realize the picture from post #1 is probably from CSP Magui interface, and you have a modlist:up: that uses Magui.

If this helps for comparison purposes.....

I'm using TDW_GenericPatcher_v_1_0_164_0 and New UI for TDC 7.5 , test version 17. In the english menu.txt it says the following:
; sh5.exe patch by TDW - allows texts for units to display in hydrophone box when real navigation enabled

829=SubmarineDoes hydrophone box and sonar guy report mean the same thing?
