SH4 + Trigger Maru Overhauled + Steam = Crash !

I really need your help. I decided to re-play SH4, unfortunately my box game is in my other home...

So I bought the game from steam, I installed SH4 + Uboat missions and Trigger Maru Overhauled 2.5. I was really happy to play.

But after the second departure of my campaign all my problems begins...

When I'm close to the coast and if my ship touch anything my game crash !
If I look with my ex-tern camera under the water, close to any coast my game crash...

The message from windows come from a sound module, I will post you later the exactly message.

I re-install the game and re-download and re-installed the mod again with JSGME, I try to install the directx located my sh4 folder nothing work...

Help me please, I really want to play, I wanted to buy the box game on Amazon but the Uboat mission extension is not available (Amazon France) and my FNAC store dons't sell it any-more ! :(

Have you made SH4.exe large address aware?

My game used to crash every time I got near a base; I didn't read the reports though. (I don't know if it was the sound module.)

I too run a Steam copy of U-Boats with TMO, RSRDC, OTC, and Traveller's. I recently reinstalled and forgot to make it LAA and was getting crashes as soon as I looked at anything outside the boat. It hasn't crashed again since.
