JSGME active but no mods active in the game ? Newbie needs help !

Hi there everyone !

My name is Rene´ , i´m from austria and after an long break from SHIII i finally motivated enought to play SH5 with your awesome mods :yeah:
I downloaded it from Amazon and U Play updated it to v1.2 . JSGME is installed in the main directory and i tried a lot of different mod combinations but i never see any mod active in the game. JSGME starts right, all mods are visible and when active no errors occur.

I read a lot here in the forums but after so many hours i need help from you guys. What do i wrong ?

I use windows 7 , 8 gb ram.

Welcome to subsim.

Have you at least read the jsgmehelp.txt found in your SH5 game folder? The user guide found in my signature link has even more information to help you..

Have you enabled the mods to make them active? Mods are active when a mod moves from available mods to activated mods in the JSGME program? I created a JSGME sh5 shortcut on my desktop for this purpose.
Go to my signature link and click on the common errors and solutions link for other ideas.

I also tried the older versions of JSGME but its always is the same problem.
Maybe it has to do with the fact that my SH5 version has no SH5.exe , just an Lauchner.exe file. I tried to change it to SH5.exe but no result.
There is no real SH5.exe in the root folder.

I´m 100% sure that the JSGME install is right ( I had no problems with modding SH3 ) and the mod files are all in the right place.

The curious thing is that JSGME is running with active mods in the right colum but they are not active in the game. Could be the SH5.exe the problem ?
Maybe the amazon download version of the game is not compatible with JSGME like the Steam version ?

I really want to play this but after another day of starting the game min 100 times, to see if something has changed, i begin to lose my motivation :hmmm:
