Minor modding help plz!

So, i am using LSh 5.1, loaded through SH commander.

What I would like to do is swap my AP and SS rounds to HE. Also wouldnt mind upping the count as well.

Also would like to tweak the damage.

So, what files do i need to work with?

Oh, bother. I was just working in those files not-so-long ago, to remove the renown costs from torps and equipment, and can't for the life of me remember the exact file name, I think it's *something*settings.cfg. If you haven't received an answer by the time I get home I'll look into it and tell you exactly where they are.
