I need some advice on mod order.

This is my list:

IRAI_0_0_41_Inertia_damage

Lite Campaign LC 1.2
SteelViking's Interior mod V1.2
SteelViking's Interior mod V1.2.2 Patch
Nazi Medals

And I'm about to install Ui-Boat V5.02, Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_byTheBeast and Radio Messages Engine v1.2.0, so where should they be?

I also have used the generic Sh5.exe patcher by TDW. But that should'nt conflict right?
