Converting to SH3

I've been trying to convert miner1436's AI Sen Toku class sub to SH3 (not for re-release). I have managed to get the model working in SH3, but I cannot get the texture to work.

Could I have some pointers? I have no intention of releasing it myself.

SH5 ships to SH3. There are a bunch from SH4, I'll post when I find them :yep:
