Adding external cargo to merchants.

I have noticed some merchants like the LIBERTY and VICTORY merchant ships have large stacks of external cargo on their decks, and others like the KLSS HAKUSIKA do not. I would like to add larger stacks of cargo to the decks of those ships that don't have it. I have fiddled around with the nodes on certain ships using S3D, but so far nothing has worked out. Put extra nodes on the merchant decks, and assign cargo using the cfg file, just like aircraft on deck on a CV.

I need to let someone else mess with this. Sergei disappeared, and we were having an annoying shimmer bug we could never squash, and it sort of crushed our interest since it bugged us so much.
