Hey guys,
First of all let me thank all of you who spend time creating these mods, to all of you I take my hat off to you. Many thanks for these great MODS. :yeah:
I just installed Sober's mega MOD and have been playing for several hours now. After making sure that all the recommended MODS on his list would loaded according to his MEP file, I found that during game play, the Depth control user Interface normally located on the left side of the screen is no longer there. Now I'm Playing at 94% reality. The is no way of seeing your depth or ordering any depth changes that I'm aware of. :timeout:
Am I missing a MOD for those gauges or is there something I'm not doing right? I also noticed that those same depth control interfaces are missing on the bridge. I just don't like the idea of having to click on the engineer dude specially if things get moving fast.
any comments or suggestions are welcome
Best regards

What do you mean by 94% difficulty ? What havnt you ticked ?
Teleport to the radio room then a short walk to ask to dive etc .

Sober,
Thank you for replying to my post. I appreciate the use of your MEP profile and the mods compilation. It really made it simpler to install the MODs and makes SH5 a pleasure to play.
I got the 94% realism setting by not clicking the external and event camera settings in the game play settings.
I was not sure if it was the intention of the MOD designers to rely solely on talking to the crew in order to perform submarine depth changes. I realize that is a more realistic way of playing and therefore the diving UI icons would not be visible. I am more accustomed to clicking the icons (crash dive, surface, blow ballast etc) and having a depth gauge.
If making the diving UI icons and depth gauge not visible for realism sake was the intention of the MOD designers, then I'm happy with that. I just was not sure if I missed a UI MOD that should I should have installed in order to have the diving UI icons present.
Thank you and all the MOD designers for the great MODs
Best regards

If you using NewUIs_TDC_7_4_2_ByTheDarkWraith don't put this one in mod soup, it will make the depth scale on right disappear: NewUIs_TDC_7_4_2_AltAdvSpeedGraphics_by_naights. Some how it conflicts with its own parent mod.
This goes for what ever version of NewUI you are using. You also don't need to place all those mods in the download folder in your mod soup, I only use a few.
Here is example of my mod soup:

Raven,
Thanks. I did have the right mods. I just failed to toggle the Diving UI on. Everything is good now. I just started to explore all the toggle buttons and voila the UI popped up.

You can still use the depth control on the left side just hold your mouse on the depth control graph and you will notice that the farther down the depth you point to it will show a readout of what depth your pointed at, just left click on your desired depth as normal. I hope this helps you bud.:salute:

Walk to the command room and give Josef a depth command .
