New Radio Message screen [REL]

Another new radio message screen. I do like a bit of clutter in these types of screens, might not be your cuppa tea though.

One of the things I like about SH4 is that there is no Radio Room screen. If you get a radio message a small clipboard appears on top of whatever screen you are in, showing that a 'runner' has brought you, the captain, the message.

The SH3 screen hints that I had to go to the radio room to collect the report myself. Your new screen isn't the radio room, it's the chart in the control room. Once again a runner is bringing me the message. That's the main reason it appeals to me. I'm the captain. They bring stuff to me. That's why I hired them. :D

Thanks Jimbuna, I think it pertains to the recent mods I put up.
If you want to change the thread titles to [Rel] as suggested, might make things clearer for some members....:D
