I have not played Sh5 for many months and the game has not been installed for that duration, but I feel like I could help the community more if I actually played the game I give support for.
I have my old mod list as a text file that I kept but I am not sure it worked well when I last played.
This is my list.

Let me know if Sub Flags works for you. It hasn't been working anymore. It works in single mission but not campaign. If tried in Campaign it will cause CTD.

See if you can't find the mods you are running and check for updates on them, and look for the order they are in compared to those lists, also, you may find a few mods you like!

With a good look you should be able to see that I built my mod list of sobers mod list but it was missing most of the mods I wanted. So I attempted to feature the mods I wanted and it never seemed to work properly after that.

I decided to give this mod list a test recently, and I got symptom 1 of an incompatibility, CTD when near a port or convoy.:doh:
Now the hard part is finding the fault.

My monies on Sub Flags. I suggest you take that out and try again. My second choice would be Sub Exhaust.
I notice you have the mod U boat Snorkel. How does this differ from enabling the snorkel options in TDW's Option File Editor?
You need Sobers Terrain fix mod to go with OHII v2.2 full. This is no longer available in Subsim and you cannot Google it. v2.3 has the fix in it. Just copy and paste the link below and you should be fine. This mod sorts out some problems in Memel and Scapa.

I am either going to just put Sh5 on the shelf or reinstall and start fresh, though the first option seems much more tempting, as I have spent more hours trying to work out a mod list with the mods I actually want then I have in total minutes playing the game.:-?

You have some unusual mods in there.
If you are getting ctd's with no mods then you are looking at a file/s corruption somewhere. Re-install seems to be your only option.
When you enable your mods it is worth keeping an eye on what files are being over written. Some mods use the same files and that in itself can be a problem.

What I mean is the mods you suggested.
Is it possible the order you've loaded your mods in V13 could be causing the CTD problem? Use Sjizzle's mod list and install what you want for your mods in the same order as he's got his installed. You might have to leave some of yours out for a time until you find out what's going on.
Don't give up. Last time I loaded my mods and they worked, it took me about 20 tries to get them loaded in the proper order so SH5 would play as it should. Now I've got to start all over again, and add some of the reworked and new mods. Or I'm going out and work on the GTO in the freezing weather here.
