Changing just some details of GWX

So I played SH3 vanilia for years. Just got SH3 working on my Win7 machine, loaded the GWX mod. LOVE the updated graphics. However, how can I repair what was done to the renown system? Despite what it says in the GW pdf you do earn renown for returning to port w/o kills (been there done it). Also when I pick the 7th fotillia, my first mission I get a radio message ordering me to return to port and transfer to another flotilla , but it wont let me transfer when I get back to port, essentially wasting two weeks at sea for no reason.

I would also like the time compression to work better (if that is possible). When a ship is spotted I want to drop down to 1x not 8x (and burn out my crew).

Dinosaur dug out GWX heh ? :) According time compression you can set it to desired level with SH3 commander :) Renown system works better with GWX, why would you want the stock renown system back ? As if you was a seawolf hero just for reaching patrol grid and you already expect a thankfull pat on the shoulder from Donitz ? :D Forget about it :)
