I think it's "undecided".
George Bernard Shaw was an avid proponent of spelling reform. He made a case that, given existing spelling of other words, the word 'fish' should be spelled 'ghoti':

I have long enjoyed the work of Shaw (incidentally, Shaw was a close personal friend of T. E. Lawrence aka "Lawrence of Arabia") and I rank him up with other great social cmmentators/authors such as Mark Twain...

A neuter. A thing without any gender. And the best thing is there are no rules why a word would be masculine, feminine or neuter (which triggers one of the three corresponding noun markers, you only have one: "the"). You have to learn that with the vocabulary.:yeah:
