Deckgun issue ?

So, I've mentioned it before, and the suggestions did not help. Can anybody explain why I can spend 2k renown on a 10.5cm deckgun while it wont be fixed to my boat ?

Pics show me selecting the 10.5cm gun, buying it, and me on my deck, wondering where the hell it is :hmm2:
