SH3 Commander and FPS Limiter

Hello!
Is there anyway to point SH3 Commander at a .bat that is set to launch SH3 with a locked FPS?

don't think so because commander looks for the .exe.

Converting the .bat to an .exe could be working.

Hmmm, name sh3 sh3a, rename the bat to sh3, convert to exe

Will test it out
