LSH5.1 How to change Submarine

Hi,
I play Living Silent Hunter 5.1. 7th flotilla St Nazaire, mission 20, on 17th october of 1941.

I have several questions about my career in LSH5.1:

1) My submarine is VIIB.
I received many messages from Kiel, during missions, to inform me that new model VIIC is available. This message came from Dantzig I have 59000 reputation points and my career is in october 1941.
At the base St Nazaire, when I look at the window where I can upgrade my submarine I never saw the new model VIIC.
I think my reputation is high enough. I don't understand where I can find the model VIIC. Have I to go to the Base Kiel? Could you help me?
2) After 19 missions, my crew received many medals and promotion and the health and experience grow up but not the sailors individual reputation which stays at Zero.
Could you tell me how to do solve this problem?

I installed LSH5.1 and the following addmods:
- Bunkerstart
- OhneErmuedung
- RotatingAntenna
- SLS Schiffshorn Seenotsignal
- SpezialEffect-Gross
- Sinkverhalten

Could you tell me what I have to do?

i cant fully remember as it has been a while for LSH3 but IIRC youhave to transefer to a certain flotilla ,cant remember which though, to "testdrive" your new sub.

After the patrol end, they must be move to the "Erprobungsstelle Kiel".

I'm back after your replies.
So I decided to do the transfer in July 1941, after a previous completed mission, to be ready with new VIIc for the October 1941 mission.
So I loaded the previous mission, "at the base after mission" on the 25th July 1941. I handed out medals and applied for transfer to "Erprobungsstelle Kiel". But the game crashed with a error report, each time.
So I tried to load the previous completed mission on the 25th july 1941, handed out medals, start a new mission on August 1941 and immediately returned to base without having complete the mission (no 24h patrol) to not spend time. Then I applied for transfer "Erprobungsstelle Kiel" : a message appeared "your home-base has changed" but when I clicked on "OK", nothing happened. The message stayed still on my screen and I couldn't close the window or return in the game. I had to quit the game with hard command "CTRL-ALT-SUPP". I tried several times but same problem appeared.
I must tell you that 1 month ago, I reinstalled an old system copy (system copy of April 2013) because of new graphic card. Then I replaced the Career files with the newest which included the latest completed missions. But the 3 latest were corrupted and didn't appear in the list. So I restarted these 3 missions and my career is now in october 1941. I tried several times to change my submarine before, but I didn't know the correct way to do this.
Since yesterday, with your help on this forum, I tried to transfer to the "Erprobungsstelle Kiel" to buy new VIIc submarine and I try to do this transfer in July 1941 in loading this previous completed mission "at base after mission" (more convenient for me to change submarine after this July mission. If I change submarine after the October mission, I'll spend too more time and I won't be ready for the next special November mission).

Can you help me? What's wrong? I woudn't like to reinstall the game and restart a new career...

To recommend Old Scores' non-sin. You noticed this.

The transfer to Kiel takes 5 days, Instruction for Type VIIc is 21 days,
Sea trials in the Baltic Sea will take 4 to 5 days, them to buy new equipment this takes a few days.
