Correct "stress" position to stay ALL the combat time.

Rubiniīs Chief Helsman stress behaviour fix
-------------------------------------------

- What this mod does?
This tiny mod fix that very annoying Chief Helsman behaviour that occurs frequently when he suddenly goes back to idle state even under some very heavy depth charging. This occurs all the time that the (enemy) destroyer loses the uboat contact even if a lot of DC is yet falling and/or yet being dropping. The expected behaviour is that all the crew should mantain their stress position (with their hands in some bar and scary) until the very past long time after the last DC/combat. Itīs now fixed! Now the CH will stay on itīs stress position until you command him to relax or after some others late conditions.

- How to command the CH to relax again?
To command your CH to relax at the end of a combat just click on itīs helix icon command: "Propulsion standard" or just put him outside of the command room and then put him back. He will also relax again after some conditions at the end of a combat or even just leave it there, is also a good position. You will not notice that.

- How about some limitations of this mod?
I used the CH.dat/CH2.dat files from the stock game. If your sh3 installation already have a moded CH.dat/CH2.dat files this one will for sure disable some things. Itīs your choice. Anyhow, these are files not moded so much, so probably you will not encounter any problem. This mod works for all uboat types (well, type xxi not tested).

- How to install?
Itīs JSGME ready.

Ahoy!
Rubini.
