This might be a stupid question, but can you play the game using the 'SH5' application in the game folder, or do you have to use the Uplay only?

:doh: Clicking the SH5 exe icon in SH5 main folder will bring up the Uplay window anyway!

Without Uplay? Officially, no :D
But with SH5 DVD version, i think you don't have the Uplay stuff.

if you have the DVD version you need to play whit uplay
bud there is a problem whit uplay it cant connect to the ubi master server
