Hi folks,
I have this great model of the Dornier Do24T3 witch the Dutch used in the Dutch East Indies and witch I want to bring into SH4. I've converted the files, but for some reason I can't get this one to work?! ( I have tried a dozen things!)

Hello,
the first picture is from S3Ditor, so you managed to have the model in a *.dat file.
What exactly is the problem? What does not work? Please give details, otherwise it's impossible to understand the case.

Not much info given...
Did you add it to the Netherlands air roster?

Hi guys,
Yes I have all the files necessary for the aircraft to work in SH4, I think I have it all like it should be, but obviously not because when I want to check it in museum it CTD. So something is not right but I don't know what. I tried a dozen of things with the same result.
Yes I want to add it to the Netherlands side, I'm Dutch and I think it's fun. :)
I can like I proposed sent you guys the file by mail so you can have a look at it, 'cause I'm stuck :O:

I take for granted that you did take an original plane set of files to insert your Dornier.Did you change the ID's of the nodes?
In case you didn't, you have an option in S3D to do it. Open the .dat and select Tools--> Remap ID's. Select one random value and hit OK. Then you have to do the same procedure with the rest of files of the plane (.dsd, .sim, .zon), but without changing the random number. It is essential that you keep the same seed number for all the files, so all linked nodes stay that way.
Try it if you hadn't, and then let us know.

Hi Japlance,
I had no time yesterday but I just now remapped the ID's of all the S3D files and I didn't help.
I looked at every single thing again and I don't see anything wrong with the files :timeout:
Usually I get it done but not this time..!?

Is there anything in the *.eqp and *.sns file that might cause problems? Did you check the *.cfg files? Are the class names and unit types correct?

Hi, no not what I've seen, that's the point, everything seems ok, tried different setups but still CTD. I modded allot about the game, even brought in other aircraft. I checked if the files to the existing ones were any different but they're not.
