Need help changing torpedos and other textures:

Hi folks,

I looked through all the files in my SH3 install but I can't find where the torpedo skins and torpedo gui elements are located. I would like to revert them to the stock configuration as apparently, these are more accurate.

I would also like to get rid of the ugly flesh-colored triangles on the back of the neck of one of the sailor types (with the slicked-back hair), but the crew skins only appear to show hands and shirts. Any ideas on how to fix those too?

Bump...

I found the .dat files where the torpedo textures are located and I updated the files by importing a new .tga for each torpedo.

However, the changes aren't taking for some reason, I'm still with the stock GWX torpedos. I must be missing some file somewhere which lets me change the textures around. Any hints?
