Hydrophone light

Hi all,

Is the little lamp on hydrophone (top right hand) supposed to work like SH4, when a contact is spotted?

I have not heard of this light ever working when a target has been locked.

Yeah this light never worked in SH5.
But i'm quite sure at first devs were thinking to make it like in other SH...
They just forget to put a bulb in it! :haha:
Maybe a mod could make it work? ...

If it's after 1943, the BDU will be no light bulbs for you, you wasted all our money with your "Flank speed" jouneys. :haha:
