radio messages sent on grey paper are for immersion purposes only right?

im using Sobers mega mod files with OH and all TDW mods.

I have also noticed that there is a conflict between my U boat number on these messages, and the stock ones. (one treats me as U101, the other as U21)

Makes sense, because at the start of the game HMS courageous sunk, but then sunk all the of the courageous class carriers about a year later.

You can change your U-boat number by using TDW's File Editor app. You should find an option to rewrite the files to make your boat number consistent. I'm not sure if you can do it at sea, or if you have to be in port though.
