[REL] Reskinning the deck of the Uboat VIIc/41 in Op Monsun

Hi everybody...

I´ve made a little relayout of the skinning of the Tomi´s VIIc/41 included in Lurker´s Op Monsun . It allows to have a correct skin mapping on the previous VIIc and the 41 models at the same time.
