Captains, I select Tycho as holder of the Abraham Award for May 2015.

Tycho has been a long-time member of the SubSim community. He has released mods of his own, and has collaborated with other modders on larger projects.

But more then this work, I would like to recogonize his ready assistance to posters having difficulties with mods, Currently, he has two threads active where he is helping a poster through some difficulties. At any given tyime, he is usually assisting someone. He is always willing to jump in gently with advice and support. It is this kind of assistance that makes SubSim a unique place on the Web, and Tycho is one of the people who keep it that way.

i dig in my HDD and ,as a ''thank you'', i will release something that was in there and it was not meant to be released.

this is a fully worked optics on Karamazovnew's great ui for sh4.
in this mod both scopes have the historical fov and reticles ,same goes for binos ,uzo and deckgun. and not only this, all optics are keeping the correct proportions(including the conning deck view)
plus...that nothing of what you see in there is eye candy ,everything in this mod is made as they were in reality and for use in game.

important note: this mod is for use only at 1680x1050 resolution

For me it would have to be MaMa

MaMa has found the fix that makes the campaigns and tonnage bar work again.
Ubisoft are still selling a broken game that is not fit for purpose.
Subsim gamers playing SH5 will for the first time in nearly 2 years have a game that works properly.
