SH5 water for SH3 mod

Hi: I'm having trouble with Ric's Water mod....I'm running SH3 and GW3...when I unzip the mod file and try and place it in JSGME as directed...I always get a "Files or folder in use in another location" message. Can't figure out why?
Any help?
