menu_1024_768 (again!!!)

Does anybody happen to know what the following expressions do in the menu_1024_768 file? I read the excellent posts about this here but couldn't find anything regarding those.

MatFlags=0x9

TextFlags=0x16

TextPosFlags=0x2

IdGroup=0

Any help is appreciated!

None of them mention those expressions.
